**H1N1 Flu Virus (Swine Flu)**

ChildTime SAC is the first line of defense in preventing the spread of the H1N1 Flu Virus. Per the regulations set forth by the Carlisle Area School District, any child exhibiting flu-like symptoms will NOT be permitted to enter the ChildTime SAC Program.

Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

December Full Days

ChildTime SAC will offer Full Day care on 12/23, 12/28, 12/29, and 12/30. ChildTime SAC will be CLOSED on 12/24, 12/25, 12/31, and 01/01.

!IMPORTANT NOTICE for 12/23/09

CTSAC will be taking a field trip on 12/23 please read the following information:

! Please make sure to have your child on-site by 8:00am
! Please send a $5.00 payment with your child to help off-set the cost the trip and bus expenses.
Please dress your child weather appropriate
Please make sure your child is wearing sneakers
Please pack a brown bag lunch

Walk-ins will not be accepted

Full Day Fees

If you child attends AM and PM: $13.00 (plus regular tuition)

If your child attends AM or PM: $14.00 (plus regular tuition)

Registration for the 2009-2010 School Year

Open registration for the 2009-2010 school year will be held between May 1, 2009 and July 1, 2009. In order to register your child, you must submit an Enrollment Application, as well as the first week's tuition.

Late registration will be held between July 2, 2009 and August 14, 2009. A $50.00 late registration fee will be applied in order to register during this time.

The last day to register for the 2009-2010 school year will be August 14, 2009.

All Enrollment Applications and tuition must be either mailed or dropped off at:

Enrollment Applications will NOT be accepted on site.

Any Enrollment Application that is not completed in its entirety, will NOT be processed. Registration will not be finalized without a fully completed Application.

All children, new and returning, MUST submit a new 2009-2010 Enrollment Application. Applications can be found under the "Helpful Links and Forms" link.
