REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please use the guide below to ensure proper enrollment:

  • Complete and submit the ChildTime SAC Enrollment Application (can be downloaded from website under the "Helpful Links & Forms" tab or contact CT Office at 717-243-8315) to CT Office.
  • Attach either first week's or first month's payment with Enrollment Application (current list of fees are below).
  • If you are registering after July 1st, please also submit the $50.00 late registration fee.

    TUITION AND FEES 2009/2010

    Monthly Payment Option

    Payment may be made monthly at a reduced rate. To take advantage of this option:

  • Payment must be received by the last day of the previous month for the following month.
  • Base rate AM and PM $13.60 per day /// AM or PM $10.60 per day
  • Please use the chart below as a guide for determining monthly charge (please note the amount of days listed are an ESTIMATE - amount of days subject to change based on school district changes):

    Weekly Payment Option

  • Payment must be made by Friday for the following week.
  • Weekly payments are based on the number of days that the child is scheduled each week.
  • Please use the chart below as a guide for determining weekly charge:

    • NUMBER OF DAYS AM or PM BOTH
    5 days $55.00 a week $70.00 a week
    4 days $44.00 a week $56.00 a week
    3 days $33.00 a week $42.00 a week
    2 days $22.00 a week $28.00 a week
    1 day $11.00 a week $14.00 a week


    Flexible and Part-Time Schedules

    Flexible and Part-Time scheduling charges can be determined by multiplying the monthly base rate by the number of days your child(ren) will be attending.

    Varied Schedule

  • This payment option is only for those who require occasional care and register for the Varied Schedule.
  • Varied AM or PM Rate: $14.00
  • Varied AM and PM Rate: $17.00
  • Full Day Care: $30.00
  • Payment is due on the day care is given.

    • FULL DAY FEE ADDITIONAL TIME FEE
    If you are currently registered for AM or PM care: $14.00 for Full Day AM or PM: $12.00 additional charge
    If you are currently registered for AM and PM care: $13.00 for Full Day AM and PM: $15.00 additional charge
