REGISTRATION PROCESS

Please use the guide below to ensure proper enrollment:

  • Complete and submit the ChildTime SAC Enrollment Application (can be downloaded from website under the "Helpful Links & Forms" tab or contact CT Office at 717-243-8315) to CT Office.
  • Attach either first week's or first month's payment with Enrollment Application (current list of fees are below).
  • If you are registering after July 2nd, please also submit the $50.00 late registration fee.

    TUITION AND FEES 2010 - 2011

    Monthly Payment Option

    Monthly Payment Option:  Available to Full Time and Part Time Students ONLY

     Payment may be made monthly at a reduced rate. 
    To take advantage of this option:

    • Payment must be received by the last day of the previous month for the following month. Parents will be emailed a statement before due date indicating total amount due.
    • If payment is not received on the last day of care a $25.00 “Late Payment Charge” will be applied to the account.  After one missed payment, parent/guardian(s) risks losing child care.
    • Base rate AM and PM: $14.00  AM or PM: $11.00
    • Please note the amount of days listed are an ESTIMATE – amount of days subject to change based on school district changes

    Please use the chart below as a guide for determining monthly charge:

    Weekly Payment Option

  • Payment is made each Friday (or the last day of the week) for the following week.  If payment is not received on Friday (or the last day of the week) a $10.00 “Late Payment Charge” will be applied to the account.  After two missed payments, parent/guardian(s) risks losing child care.
    • Weekly payments are based on the number of days that the child is scheduled each week. 
    • Please use the chart below as a guide for determining weekly charge:

    Schedule Options

    • Flexible Schedule is for students who attend 2-4 days per week, but not necessarily the same days each week.
    • You must submit which days your child will be attending to the Registration Office by Wednesday the week before care is needed. Failure to do so may risk loss of child care.
    • Please use the chart above as a guide for determining your weekly charge

    1. Full Time AM - The child attends Monday / Friday during the AM Program.Tuition does not vary (Monthly Payment Option Available)
    2. Full Time PM - The child attend Monday / Friday during the PM Program. Tuition does not vary (Monthly Payment Option Available)
    3. Full Time AM & PM - The child attend Monday / Friday during both AM and PM Programs. Tuition does not vary (Monthly Payment Option Available)
    4. Part Time - The child attends the same days every week. Tuition does not vary unless the child attends extra time (Monthly Payment Option Available).
    5. Flexible - The child attends the same amount of days each week but not necessarily on the same days. Tuition does not vary unless the child attends extra time.
    6. Varied - The child attends on an "as needed" basis. Parents pay only when the child attends. All varied attendance is arranged in advance through the office by the parent. The cost is higher for this option. Charges are listed in the Parent Handbook on page
    Flexible and Part-Time scheduling charges can be determined by multiplying the monthly base rate by the number of days your child(ren) will be attending.

    Varied Schedule

    1. This payment option is only for those who require occasional care and register for the Varied Schedule.
    2. Varied AM or PM Rate: $16.00
    3. Varied AM and PM Rate: $19.00
    4. Full Day Care: $30.00
    5. Payment is due on the day care is given.
    6. When using PM care you must notify the Registration Office by 2:00 p.m. the day care is needed.

    FULL DAY FEE ADDITIONAL TIME FEE
    If you are currently registered for AM or PM care: $25.00 per child for Full Day AM or PM: $12.40 additional charge
    If you are currently registered for AM and PM care: $25.00 per child for Full Day AM and PM: $15.40 additional charge
