ChildTime SAC: Parent Newsletter

  March and April Full Days
March 31st and April 1st, 5th   

• ChildTime SAC will be CLOSED April 2nd.
• March 31st: Hamilton will take a trip to Gettysburg. 
• Please make sure your child is on-site by 8:00am.

• April 1st: Mooreland will take a trip Gettysburg. 
• April 5th: Hamilton and Mooreland will take a trip to the YMCA.  The “olders” will participate in organized activities in the Youth Fitness Room.  The “youngers” will participate in “Zumba” and “Yoga”.

 Reminders about all Full Day:

• Be sure to have photo ID present
• Be sure to sign in and out
• Be sure to dress your child for outdoor play 
• Please make sure your child wears sneakers
• Please send a brown bag lunch each day your child will be attending. 
• Walk-in’s will not be permitted. 
• You may cancel Full Day care up to three (3) days prior to the day of care without a penalty.

 Full Day Fee

If your child attends

•  AM or PM program: $14.00 per day per child (plus regular tuition during)
• AM and PM programs: $13.00 per day per child (plus regular tuition)

April Tuition

• Monthly Payors: Payments were due March 26th.  

For the month of April, there are 20 days of care.  Listed below are the base rates. Pink reminders of debits and credits were mailed out last week. Those with a zero balanced received emails last week as well.

- AM and PM Care = $13.60 per day per child
- AM or PM Care = $10.60 per day per child

To calculate your monthly fee simply multiply your base rate times the total number of days
($13.60 x 20 days = $272.00) or ($10.60 x 20 days = $212.00)

• Weekly Payors: Please be sure to submit your payments every Friday to avoid the $10.00 late fee. 

 The week of March 29th is a two day week. The only two days of “regular care” are 3/29/10 and 3/30/10. Listed below are the charge breakdowns:  

•  If your child attends AM or PM = $11.00 per day per child
• If your child attends both AM and PM = $14.00 per day per child
• These charges are for 3/29 and 3/30 since they are the only two days of “regular” before and after school care for the week.

Summer Camp 2010 Registration

Summer Camp registration has begun! SPACE IS LIMITED!!!
To reserve your child’s place and ensure on-time registration please submit the following:

• Completed application (can be downloaded from our website)
• First week’s payment ($125/wk or $31.50/day)
• One-time activity ($35 = for one child, $40 = two children, $45 = three children)
• Once your child’s application and payment are received, please expect a confirmation letter to be mailed to Parent/Guardian I.
• There will be a Summer Camp Parent Orientation held on 6/2/10 at Hamilton Elementary beginning at 6:30pm.  If you plan on chaperoning during any of the summer trips, attendance is required.
